What is RTT and how does it work?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a groundbreaking approach to healing and personal transformation.


Developed by Marisa Peer, RTT combines the best of hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and psychotherapy to deliver fast and lasting change.


At its core, RTT works by accessing the subconscious mind through hypnosis. This allows you to uncover the root causes of emotional and behavioral issues—often stemming from childhood experiences—and reframe those beliefs to create positive change.


Rather than focusing on symptoms, RTT helps you identify and heal the origin of the problem.


A typical RTT session includes:

  • A deep relaxation process to access the subconscious mind

  • Regression techniques to discover the root cause of the issue

  • Dialogue and reprogramming to shift limiting beliefs

  • A personalised transformational recording to reinforce new beliefs over 21 days


People use RTT to address a wide range of issues including anxiety, confidence, trauma, addictions, phobias, and more. Many clients experience significant breakthroughs after just one to three sessions.
