Reiki in Amersham, High Wycombe & Buckinghamshire
Find your way back to calm, balance and you.
Have you been feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or like you're constantly running on empty?
Perhaps your mind won't switch off, your body feels heavy, you're carrying the weight of everyone else's needs, or you've simply forgotten what it feels like to truly relax.
Reiki offers you permission to pause.
This gentle, non-invasive Japanese energy healing practice is designed to calm your nervous system, encourage deep relaxation and support your body's natural ability to restore balance. Many of my clients leave their Reiki session feeling lighter, calmer, emotionally clearer and with a renewed sense of peace that they haven't experienced in months.
Whether you're struggling with stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, fatigue, poor sleep, grief, chronic illness or simply feel disconnected from yourself, Reiki creates the space for your mind and body to slow down and begin healing.

✨ Restore depleted energy levels
✨ Feel more grounded and balanced
✨ Support emotional healing during difficult life events
✨ Create a deeper connection with yourself
Many clients describe feeling as though they've pressed a "reset button" after their session—leaving The Cocoon with a greater sense of clarity, calm and emotional resilience.
Why Reiki means so much to me
Reiki isn't just something I practise—it's something I live. It's become part of who I am.
In 2010, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and for many years I experienced the challenges of living with chronic fatigue, uncertainty and emotional overwhelm.
Discovering Reiki became one of the greatest gifts I have ever given myself.
Alongside meditation, mindset work and making supportive lifestyle changes, Reiki became an essential part of my daily self-care practice.
It helped me feel calmer, more resilient and more connected to myself during some of the most difficult seasons of my life.
That personal journey is why I feel so passionate about sharing Reiki with others. I know how powerful it can be to have a safe space where you can simply stop, breathe and allow yourself to be cared for.
Reiki treatments in Buckinghamshire
I offer relaxing Reiki treatments from The Cocoon, my peaceful garden therapy cabin in Holmer Green, Buckinghamshire, welcoming clients from Amersham, Beaconsfield, High Wycombe, Hazlemere, Penn, Great Missenden, Chesham, Gerrards Cross and the surrounding areas.
If you're unable to attend in person, I also offer distance Reiki, allowing you to experience the calming benefits of Reiki wherever you are.
Every treatment is tailored to you, creating a nurturing space where your body can relax, your mind can become still and your energy can gently rebalance.
Learn Reiki for yourself
One of the greatest gifts Reiki gave me was independence.
Instead of relying solely on appointments with someone else, I learned how to support my own wellbeing every single day.
That's why I also teach Usui Reiki Levels 1, 2, 3 and Master Level, helping people develop a lifelong self-care practice while also giving those who feel called the opportunity to become Reiki practitioners themselves.
Whether your goal is to reduce stress, support your own wellbeing or begin a new healing journey, Reiki is a beautiful gift that stays with you for life.
Your healing journey begins with one small step.
If you're ready to feel calmer, lighter, more energised and more connected to yourself, I'd love to welcome you into The Cocoon and help you experience the gentle power of Reiki for yourself.
