Meditation & Relaxation

My meditation and guided relaxation classes are designed so that my clients can experience an hour of pure bliss and escapism from the many stresses and challenges of modern life.

 

Each session begins with a ritual of a relaxing herbal tea and then I guide you through the process of how to meditate correctly and effectively and take you on an inner journey to experience deep stillness and inner peace.

 

Great for stress relief, anxiety, depression and insomnia as it awakens the connection we have with ourselves being in the present moment and helps us to relinquish all thoughts of the past or future.

I offer one to one sessions both in person and online.
