How RTT Can Help You Build Confidence and Feel Empowered Again

There’s something heartbreaking about watching yourself shrink.
You stop speaking up. You second-guess your decisions. You compare yourself to everyone else. You overthink everything you say and do. And deep down, you wonder… “What’s wrong with me?”
As someone who struggled with low self-esteem for years, I know how exhausting that can feel.
On the outside, you can appear capable, strong and “fine,” while internally battling self-doubt every single day.
For me, confidence didn’t magically appear overnight.
It shifted when I began to understand why I felt the way I did — and that’s exactly why I fell in love with Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).
Because confidence isn’t something you have to fake. It’s something you can rebuild from the inside out.
What Is RTT?
Rapid Transformational Therapy combines elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP and mindset work to uncover the root cause of limiting beliefs and emotional patterns.
Rather than simply managing symptoms, RTT helps you understand:
Where your self-doubt began
Why you keep repeating the same patterns
What subconscious beliefs are holding you back
How to create lasting emotional change
Many confidence struggles don’t begin in adulthood.
They often start much earlier through:
Childhood criticism
Bullying
Feeling “not enough”
Difficult relationships
Fear of rejection
Being compared to others
Trauma or emotional wounds
Feeling unseen or unheard
Over time, those experiences become beliefs:
“I’m not good enough.”
“I always fail.”
“People will judge me.”
“I don’t deserve success.”
“I have to stay small to be accepted.”
The problem is, once the subconscious mind accepts a belief as truth, it starts filtering your whole life through it.
That’s where RTT can be incredibly powerful.
RTT Helps You Get to the Root
One of the things I love most about RTT is that it helps clients connect the dots between their past experiences and their current struggles.
So often, people come to me saying:
“I don’t know why I have no confidence.”
“I always sabotage myself.”
“I never feel worthy.”
“I care too much what people think.”
“I feel stuck.”
And during the session, we uncover the deeper story underneath it all.
Sometimes it’s a teacher who embarrassed them. Sometimes it’s growing up feeling emotionally unsupported. Sometimes it’s years of people-pleasing and abandoning themselves.
When you finally understand where the belief came from, something shifts.
You realise: The belief was learned — which means it can also be unlearned.
Confidence Is Not About Becoming Someone Else
This is such an important point.
RTT isn’t about turning you into a loud, extroverted version of yourself.
Confidence doesn’t mean becoming the most outgoing person in the room.
True confidence is:
Trusting yourself
Feeling safe to be seen
Setting boundaries without guilt
Speaking kindly to yourself
Knowing your worth
Backing yourself
Feeling emotionally stronger
Taking up space unapologetically
Confidence is not perfection. It’s self-belief.
And when your subconscious mind starts supporting you instead of criticising you, everything changes.
The Changes Clients Often Experience After RTT
Every client’s journey is unique, but many people begin to notice shifts such as:
Feeling calmer and more grounded
Reduced anxiety around social situations
Speaking up more confidently
Less overthinking
Stronger boundaries
Greater self-worth
Increased motivation
More self-trust
Feeling emotionally lighter
Finally going after opportunities they previously avoided
One of the most beautiful things to witness is when someone reconnects with the version of themselves they lost years ago.
The confident version was never gone. She was simply buried underneath fear, conditioning and self-doubt.
Why Empowerment Matters So Much
When you feel empowered, you stop waiting for someone else to “fix” your life.
You begin making decisions differently. You start protecting your energy. You trust your intuition more. You stop abandoning yourself to keep others comfortable.
Empowerment creates ripple effects in every area of life:
Relationships
Career
Parenting
Health
Boundaries
Emotional wellbeing
Stress levels
Confidence in your body and mind
And for many women — especially those navigating chronic stress, burnout or health challenges — rebuilding confidence is often the missing piece in healing.
Because healing isn’t only physical. It’s emotional too.
My Own Journey With Confidence
I know firsthand what it feels like to doubt yourself constantly.
For years I struggled with low self-esteem and negative self-talk.
I looked for confidence outside of myself, believing I needed more validation, more achievement or more approval to finally feel “enough.”
But RTT helped me realise that confidence starts internally.
When I began changing the subconscious beliefs I carried about myself, I started showing up differently in my life.
I became more empowered, more self-aware and more connected to who I truly was beneath the fear.
That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others experience the same transformation.
Because watching someone go from: “I don’t think I can…”to“I finally believe in myself again…”
is incredibly powerful.
RTT helped me stand up on stage last weekend, unleash my inner Lady Gaga and sing with my Dad, something I love doing but since my vocal cords were damaged in February during a routine operation, I lost confidence with singing.

You Deserve to Feel Good About Yourself
If you’ve spent years criticising yourself, shrinking yourself or feeling “less than,” please know this:
Your confidence is not gone forever.
Sometimes it simply needs healing, nurturing and rewiring.
RTT can help you uncover the subconscious patterns keeping you stuck so you can move forward feeling calmer, stronger and more empowered in yourself and your life.
You do not have to stay trapped in self-doubt forever.
And you are far more capable, worthy and powerful than your inner critic has led you to believe.
